MyVenueBook acts solely as a booking platform connecting customers with independent vendors.
The actual service is provided by the respective vendor, including but not limited to:

- Photographers
- Caterers

MyVenueBook is not responsible for disputes regarding service quality, delays, or performance by vendors.
3. Customer Cancellation
If a customer cancels a confirmed booking:
- No refund shall be provided for the booking amount or platform fee paid to MyVenueBook.
- Any refund, if applicable, will be solely at the discretion of the vendor and in accordance with the vendor's cancellation policy.
4. Vendor Cancellation
If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:
- MyVenueBook will make reasonable efforts to help the customer find an alternative vendor where possible.
- MyVenueBook does not guarantee the availability of replacement vendors.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind
